ABINZ LLC (“ABINZ,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides enterprise semantic intelligence solutions through the Snowflake Data Cloud, including the ABINZ Orbit Snowflake Native Application (“App”) and our website located at https://www.abinz.ai (“Website”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information in connection with our Website and App.

Snowflake Native Application – An application that runs entirely within a Customer’s Snowflake account.

Customer – An organization that installs and uses ABINZ Orbit within its Snowflake account.

Consumer Data – Data stored within a Customer’s Snowflake environment, including database records, query results, analytics outputs, and any personal data contained therein.

Metadata – Structural information such as schema names, table names, column names, and data types necessary for application functionality.

Personal Information – Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.

ABINZ Orbit is a Snowflake Native Application.

• Zero Data Exfiltration: Consumer Data remains within the Customer’s Snowflake account.
• No Centralized Storage: ABINZ does not collect, store, transmit, or access Customer database records.
• Execution Environment: All application logic, analytics, and AI processing occur entirely within the Customer’s Snowflake account.
• No Processor Role: ABINZ does not act as a data processor or service provider regarding Consumer Data.

ABINZ does not collect, access, or store:

• Customer database records
• Query results
• AI prompts or model outputs
• User-generated content inside Snowflake
• Personal demographic data
• Behavioral analytics from within the App

When a Customer installs ABINZ Orbit via the Snowflake Marketplace, Snowflake may notify us of the installation with basic account-level details (such as account name). This information is used solely to track deployments and provide support. We do not receive or store your personal data through this process.

We may collect business contact information when you:

• Contact us via  info@abinz.ai
• Request a demo
• Submit a support request

This may include: name, business email, company name, and message content

Use: Only to respond to inquiries, provide support, and maintain required business records.

We do not sell, rent, or share business contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.5. Metadata Processing

For functionality, ABINZ Orbit analyzes metadata (e.g., schema names, table names, column headers) entirely within the Customer’s Snowflake account.

• Metadata is not transmitted externally
• Metadata is not stored or accessed by ABINZ

ABINZ Orbit may utilize Snowflake Cortex AI services.

• All AI processing occurs within Snowflake-managed infrastructure
• Governed by the Customer’s agreement with Snowflake
• ABINZ does not access prompts, inputs, or outputs

Business contact information is retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact, unless a shorter period is required by law. ABINZ does not retain Consumer Data from Snowflake accounts.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have rights including:

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability
