Effective Date: February 24, 2026These Terms govern your access to and use of the ABINZ Orbit Snowflake Native Application and the website https://www.abinz.ai.

ABINZ Orbit is a Snowflake Native Application that operates entirely within a Customer’s Snowflake account. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, ABINZ LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within your Snowflake account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining Snowflake account security
• Assigning proper roles and privileges
• Ensuring lawful use of the App
• Compliance with applicable data protection regulations

All data processed by the App remains the property of the Customer. ABINZ LLC does not claim ownership of:

• Customer data
• Metadata
• AI prompts or outputs

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABINZ LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Required by Snowflake Marketplace policies

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
